Phillip is originally from Dallas, but he grew up in Humble. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a degree in Entomology. After he graduated, he went to work for Cypress Creek Pest Control. After spending about a year in the industry, he was given the opportunity to work for Dr. Gold as a research assistant while also working on his Master’s Degree. He is working on the taxonomy of Texas Culicoides associated with deer breeding facilities. He has been married for 3 years, and we have two dogs.
