Dean May is currently the Central Region Sales Manager for Amvac Environmental Products – Amvac Chemical Corp. Amvac’s chemistry is sold in the Vector, Animal Health Care, Turf & Ornamental and Professional Pest Management Markets. Prior to joining Amvac, Mr. May was a Regional Technical Specialist with Whitmire Micro-Gen Research Laboratories of St. Louis, Missouri. He was a Department Manager at Van Waters & Rogers – Univar.   Prior to this he worked in Research & Development for the American Cyanamid Company.   Dean has a B.S. Degree in Agricultural Biology – Entomology from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. He is a Board Certified Entomologist and the past president of the North Texas Board Certified Entomologists. He is a member of the Entomological Society of America, National Pest Management Association and the Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, California and Texas Pest Control Associations. He has taught numerous continuing education training programs at conferences throughout the South-Central and Western U.S.
