The 79th Texas A&M University Urban Pest Management Conference and Workshop invites you and your company to exhibit at the next workshop to be held on January 8 – 9, 2025 at the Brazos Center located at 3232 Briarcrest Drive in Bryan, Texas.

The exhibits may be set up either on Tuesday, January 7th from 3:00-5:00 pm, or on Wednesday, January 8th from 7:00-8:00 am. The exhibit room is located next to the main conference room with some boths in the concourse. The first session will begin at 8:00 am on Wednesday and a breakfast buffet will be provided to exhibitors and staff beginning at 7:00 am.
The exhibition fee is $775 for a booth which allows 2 exhibitors. Additional exhibitors are $100 per person. Most tables will have electricity and pipe/draping, but please provide your own table covers. Your booth space will be based on “first come, first serve” beginning at 3:00 pm on Tues., Jan. 7th.
Please note that to accommodate all of our exhibitors, each company will be limited to one exhibitor booth. Thank you for understanding.
An Exhibitors’ Forum is scheduled from 3:00-3:15 pm on Wednesday and from 10:00-10:30 am on Thursday. Each exhibitor will have a chance to present information on new products/technologies/services available to the industry. These are brief, one to two minute presentations. Beverages for the breaks will be set up for self-service in the exhibitors’ area, thus allowing more time to mingle with attendees. The Exhibitors’ Forum is popular, and we hope to continue it in the future.
