Exhibitor Registration Form 2022-APRIL

**ONLINE REGISTRATION and REFUND DEADLINE is Friday, March 11, 2022.**

The 76^th Texas A&M University Urban Pest Management Conference and Workshop invites you and your company to exhibit at the next workshop to be held on April 5-7, 2022 at the Brazos Center located at 3232 Briarcrest Drive in Bryan, Texas.

The exhibits may be set up on Monday, April 4^th either from 3:00-5:00 pm, or on Tuesday, April 5^th from 7:00-8:00 am.  The exhibit room is located next to the main conference room.  The first session will begin at 8:00 am on Tuesday and a breakfast buffet will be provided to exhibitors and staff beginning at 7:00 am.

The exhibition fee is $700 per table, which includes three full registrations to the conference.  Additional personnel from your company may register for the Conference at $100 each.  Most tables will have electricity and pipe/draping, but please provide your own table covers.  Your booth space will be based on “first come, first serve” beginning at 3:00 pm on Mon., Apr. 4^th. The deadline for exhibitor registration is March 9, 2022.

An Exhibitors’ Forum is scheduled from 3:00-3:15 pm on Tuesday and from 10:00-10:30 am on Wednesday.  Each exhibitor will be allowed up to 5 minutes on the program to present information on new products/technologies/services available to the industry. Beverages for the breaks will be set up for self-service in the exhibitors’ area, thus allowing more time to mingle with attendees.  The Exhibitors’ Forum is popular, and we would like to continue it in the future.
